“A lot of people say to me that I must have been good at maths at school to be a finance broker. The funny thing is, I hated maths! I mean I can count and all, but it certainly wasn’t a subject that got me excited.

I also hate bad customer service with a passion. It really isn’t hard to keep people informed, and I don’t like smoke and mirrors. If you want to know something, I will tell you. It’s your money and you should have a say in how it is managed. This might go against the traditional finance broker training handbook and that’s why it works for the client.
